Evidence is fundamental for good decision-making

The North East Evidence Hub brings together key data about the region and provides tools to help residents, businesses, education establishments and policy makers to make use of this data in a simple and accessible way. It's about the region, for the region and we encourage feedback and contributions to help build the regional evidence base.

Our Economy 2023 

The North East LEP’s annual Our Economy evidence base is now live.

Each year, Our Economy brings together attendees from the North East community, with a mix of policy makers, business representatives and education providers. 

It’s here that we share the latest data and insights on the region’s economy and also focus on inclusive productivity, tying together two of the biggest challenges facing the North East to explain how we can improve economic performance in a way which benefits the entire region.
